way, enrich the lifestyle of people with food intolerances, especially celiac. For

- 4. Maintenance and improvement of the quality management system implemented to guarantee product requirements from the point of view of quality and safety, complying with current legislation and following established internal processes and specifications.
- 5. Maintain a constant flow of communication between each of our departments in order to generate collective attitudes and behaviors based on the principles of quality and food safety, thus promoting awareness towards the generation of safe and high-quality products.
- 6. Integrate a culture of food safety among all employees, through specific training and activities that measure the training and performance of their functions related to product safety and quality.
- 7. Generate a common objective of "safe product" thanks to the total commitment of the management and the culture of internalized safety in the workers.
To fulfill these premises, we have the collaboration of all the staff through the application of the documentation of the Quality and Food Safety Management System according to the IFS Standard and compliance with current regulations.
